Jordan Carriers is family-owned and operated freight company. The new three story 27,000 square foot headquarters is located in the heart of Natchez, MS.

The building is primarily wood construction, using wood walls, wood floor trusses, wood roof trusses, dimensional wood framing, and engineering wood beams. The building also incorporates steel columns to support steel beams at the second floor, allowing the first floor to be more open. The elevator and stair shafts are constructed of CMU. A shallow foundation system was used, incorporating a concrete slab-on-grade, grade beams, and spread footings.
